Medical tourism is such a good idea. Here in India, I have actually paid in cash for a surgical procedure. You can get appointments much faster than in the US and they give you copies of all your reports.

Real talk: Hot Cheetos, Jiffy cornbread and taco seasonings are all GMO and full of MSG. They come from Creatures indeed. Lol (McCormick brand is the only taco seasoning that I use that is non msg).

Hey Yarbros are you two hip to Goggle Fi for a phone plan. We too travel for months at time and we use to get SIM card from every country. Goggle Fi allows you to have a USA number and have internet as soon as you get off the plane. Also one other tip would be the Charles Schwab ATM card. This card will allow you acces to your funds and pay you back monthly for any atm fees you inquire. We never leave home without it. Good stuff ya’ll. We are currently in SMA in Mexico and just arrive on Election Day yesterday.

If you have any future electronic purchases you can usually get a better deal and selection in the us. Things like laptops you may need a local plug but the converters allow for different types of electrical voltages.

You can ask the bottle water company to bring your water home for free. Look behind you in the video water workers taking to one of your neighbors .

Some countries trip out about medications like japan but most are pretty understanding about bringing a 6 month supply in country. You will probably get cheaper versions locally but its good to have a few month supply.
