I love the idea of a coral reef off of the coast of the Jungle biome. Then there could be a massive and evil looking coral fortress rising out of the ocean that some wizard made or something. It would look very fantasy-like and just awesome.

Can we take a second to appreciate that he turned the jungle temple (arguably the worst structure both in loot and in appearance) and turned it into the biggest and best build in the entire series? Man, you took the few things wrong with Minecraft and made them right. I commend you for that.
