REVIEW: JAVA VETTA, AN AFFORDABLE MOUNTAIN BIKE?

I hope that after watching this review, you’ll find time to leave a comment whether Java Vetta is an affordable mountain bike and is worth the money for you or not.

Some specs:

It has carbon fibre frame, a 120 mm travel air suspension lockout fork with cable remote control, a 27.5 by 14G by 32H 9mm quick release wheels, and a CST MTB 27.5 by 1.95 tires. This can be upgraded to a 29er.
It has Shimano Altus SL-M2010 9 Speed shifters.
As well as front and rear derailleur.
The chain set is Shimano MT210-3 22/30/40T by 175mm
The saddle is a Java Deca, as well as the handle bar, which is an alloy with 31.8mm, 680mm width and the stem is a Deca as well.
The brake set is a Tektro HD-M282 hydraulic disc brakes.

This is a nice bike sir. Even in Rocky mountains - showka, rides is smooth.
Pangit lang ng pagkabili ko kasi yong crank ko yong pinakamaliit, bingkong sya kaya napa upgrade ako tuloy sa 1x na crank. Pero plano ko rin naman mag upgrade kaso napaaga lang. Well mag upgrade din sa sunod ng 1x11 o 1x12 pag my budget na. Tyaka gulong, stem, handlebar

Hi, I had bought this same Java vetta 15in frame yesterday. I happily agreed with what you mentioned about this mtb. Is comfortable, durable, good quality and affordable. My place is Singapore the price is $950. Is my 1st mtb and I m very satisfied with this bike.

Have you tried any other high end brands while looking for a bike before settling for Java? If you have, are the standards completely different? From what I have heard, most of them get the frames made in China or Taiwan.

Sir nsa abroad din ako and I just checked out this bike today. I wanted to find out first if this bike was reliable. There are some reports on China carbon bikes not being reliable, especially if it's affordable. But based on your vid, though not an extensive review, seems like it's a reliable and fun bike. I'm now strongly considering purchasing one, due to your video. Thanks!

Hello sir, can you tell me if this bike is useful for me, knowing that my weight is 120 and my height is 182, and I am currently working on losing weight. Will it benefit me in sports or is it heavy?
