Maybe a project for next spring....stitch the velcro to the flaps and door, better wind resistance, more permanent.

Love my Velcro cable ties. Try them where you may have to move lines in the future. Much easier to reuse than zip ties.
Love our strawberry ice cream cone mountain at sunset. I am on the west side so sometimes I get to see it reflected in the water or see the sun or moon come up over it.

TRM, nice job with the velcro. I would have used a wider with of tape. With wind and the shear pressure difference, I think only one strip of velcro will not be enough to keep the flap secure.
If you want to stay with the tape you're using now, I would go back through and put another strip on running it along the metal track creating a double seal. That would at least give you a better chance of withstanding the pressure from the wind and the temperature difference that is going to be created when you're heating the hab.
You could try the plastic velcro for the inner seal. That stuff holds so much better and wouldn't need to be replaced as quickly.

when it freezes it may cause the velcro adhesive to fail; you may need to staple (?) it or affix better.

Good to see the greenhouse being secured for winter.
However, I wish that you'd post a video showing the greenhouse AFTER the new skin was installed. Tempus fugit. ;)

When you find it to hard to open the doors and seal them back without pressing all around the openings you can pop rivet some small alarm magnets around the outside flap spaced out with fender washers on the backside to prevent pulling them out and pop rivet fender washers on the door to hold to the magnets that should open and close a lot easier you could use a 1 inch wide aluminum strip instead of fender washers on the flap for a better seal.

You could also do a piece of cloth with The same stuf in the inside kind of double seal

TRM, glad you got it sealed. When are you going to play with the 80/20 material?

Seeing they looking at going back to the moon again and NASA finding cave etc on the moon, would having the HAV underground on the moon or here on earth cause any issues?

Heavy duty press studs would perhaps be more permanent.

Can't you go ahead and do your insulation on the end caps?

Didn't you get the memo that duct tape fixes everything?

I'm going to bet that adhesive on that velcro will fail. You might have to use VHB tape on the reskin.

That narrow Velcro may not hold because of the load you may have to use the two inch wide stuff.
