This is a speed test of my Verizon data plan in a congested area, I was near the Boston cannabis festival and was passing by and thought I would run a speed test to see if the congestion would affect my data speed.

I'd like to add my experience, I switched to the go unlimited plan back in January 2019. Using the speedtest.net app, I average .06MBps. what's that, 60KBps? I have a hard time getting Facebook to load, I have a hard time getting weather maps to load. Occasionally it will go up to .3Mbps (300Kbps?). When I wake up at 3am for work I can get 10 to 15Mbps, but normally it's around 60Kbps

If it is slow and you are on go and just for special events like this you can just switch to beyond and go back to go the next day. Prorate would cost you $.32. Nice video

I would also like to add that once I saw how much I was going to be throttled I tried to switch back to the 16 gigabyte per month plan but they had discontinued it. The largest they had was 8 gigabytes. So now I'm kinda stuck with the go unlimited plan.
