When they keep changing the name of the restaurant but the number stays the same and the people working stay the same, it's either a taxes scam or a money laundering scam. Happens in my country too, it's why the man was so suspicious.

The chicken leg is cooked, dark meats when just cooked is “pink”. Should’ve just squeezed and see if the juices run clear. Clear = cooked. Runs pink = undercooked. Simple 😊

pretty sure the pink part of the chicken was fine, i eat it like that all the time. chicken thighs usually have darker meat. raw chicken looks pink but a bit more on the brown-ish, translucent side

It worries me that so many people don’t know the difference between raw chicken and dark meat. There is a constant problem with people thinking the Costco bbq chickens are raw because of the dark meat which seems to be the same issue here

That chicken is cooked; however, for those who are super paranoid, you can always pop them in the oven/microwave/air fryer to cook it for a bit longer (it might taste a bit dry or overdone though).

Leyton and Leytonstone are good areas for food if you know where yoy are going. If you ever come back make sure you visit places like Smoke and Pepper, Singburi and Sahara Grill
