I've heard the story about Chuck tossing a guy out of a bar window many times. Never heard the reason why before, kinda seems like he was the good guy in the situation.

I've met him in person once at a bar, I sat with him and a couple of other people, he's a great guy and really down to earth

This woman at the beginning made it sound like he threw him out of a 10 story window.

This is a perfect example of how bullying works in school when you’re younger and when you’re older. In school you can be bullied, you can try and tell on them and nothing happens until you finally break and confront the person physically or verbally. Most cases you will be the one in the most trouble since you essentially “started” it, and nobody seems to care that you were previously being bullied daily leading up to the confrontation. Now we have this video where a man is essentially bullying him, and another woman outright in public. Again nobody does anything about the bullying until finally the confrontation happens. I find it outright distasteful and find it idiotic that the judge would even ask that question if he regrets it. Plain and simple people have a lack of empathy, if you can’t put yourself in someone’s shoes you shouldn’t be sitting as a judge. The “bullies” need to be just as liable as the person being bullied. It’s essentially the same as stand your ground law, some states have it so fucked if someone breaks into YOUR house you are not able to defend any of your land or property until your life is in danger, even if you believe your in danger and the guy has no weapon you will still catch some serious charges you will need to fight in court to drop. Makes no sense why I should let this person into my house without me being able to defend it, he can come in Willy nilly take what he wants shit in my bathroom take a shower but I must evacuate the premises while waiting for police to come. Oh what’s that he got away cause the police took awhile to show up. Well that sucks invest in better locks I guess

I liked his response to how he feels about being a role model. Don't try to back him into a corner he'll turn truth on ya real fast.

He let it all go, until the idiot went after someone else. Then he was defending them. Totally respect that.
