Every time Garfield nods with tears after she asks if hes okay. Goosebumps. So fucking wholesome.

You really got the feeling from Andrew's portrayal that his Peter Parker had relived that fall in his head over and over again thinking about how if he'd done this or that differently he could have saved Gwen. His dive is perfect form, he pushes objects out of the way to increase his speed, and he *catches MJ* so that *he* can absorb the shock of the sudden stop and cradle her so she isn't hurt by it.

The soundtrack was perfect, too: it goes into this utter silence except for a ringing sound -- exactly what Peter would have been hearing as he went into adrenaline overload from the sheer terror of seeing history about to repeat itself, as the increase in pulse and blood pressure affects his hearing temporarily.

Zendaya's "Are *you* okay?" was a brilliant ad-lib, too. She said that she thought that MJ, seeing the look of mixed joy and sadness on Andrew-Spidey's face, would have been moved to ask if he was alright, considering he looked overwhelmed. And he is, now. Or at least, he can see a path to where he will be.

This was such a great moment for Andrew's character.

"I got rageful. I got bitter. And I just don't want you to end up like... like me."

... saves MJ, so that Tom's Peter doesn't end up rageful and bitter.
Beautifully done

I love how everyone who watched this movie loved Garfield as Spiderman. The movies could've been better, but he was/is amazing.

Andrew has one heck of a range with his acting. Probably the most underrated actor today

Andrew saved Zendaya by hitting the ground first, and Tobey saved Norman by getting between Norman and his glider and allowing himself to be pierced in the back this time. I say “allowed” because there was plenty of time for his spider-sense to warn him about it.

Both of them got to relive their trauma and get it right this time. I love it.

Think about it Andrew got his second chance and Tobey got to save Norman

one thing i always think about is how andrews Spider-Man probably thought of all of the ways he could have saved and caught Gwen after she passed. it was so heart warming to be able to see him save mj and i like to imagine that because of it, he became more content with himself because even though he couldn’t save his “mj” he was able to save someone else’s.

Visually TASM 2 was an absolute masterpiece. Garfield has the chops and was arguably the embodiment of what Spider-Man is at his core. The quippy, tortured soul with a heart of gold. With actual good writing, TASM 3 could be a thing of beauty.

Andrew sure was holding back tears recalling his movie portrayal of Spiderman and losing the love of his life. He sure did fully immersed himself in that character. I truly loved him as Spider-Man.

I can now never watch this scene from No Way Home without crying and having goosies. The acting between Zen and Andrew was so perfect in that moment. You can just feel what Andrew is feeling with his emotion

When I saw this In the theatre the entire audience gasped and when we saw Tom's Peter about to loose his MJ and we all cheered and cried when Andrew's Peter saved her... like " No I can't let this happen again "

Ngl, i teared up a lil bit too. You watch Gwen and Peter have an amazing relationship for 2 movies, then he loses her at the end of TASM2. It’s not gonna bring her back, but it shows he learned what to do from it, that he *is* capable of saving people.

Garfield is such a good actor and he took this role seriously and this was a beautiful moment. I wish Marvel understood better that amid all the chaos and noise it’s moments like this that make us care about the characters and you need these for the big bombastic stuff to matter.

Growing up, I always wondered why Spiderman didn't just sling his webs to save falling victims, instead of struggling with trying to reach them in time.

Andrew's Spiderman answered that question in the most heartbreaking way possible.

Momentum is a thing, they will get severe whiplash
