Why I Don't Discuss Politics On My Channel

What's up, everybody! Politics is a very touchy subject on YT, and I get asked by I don't address these issues on my channel. Whelp, I believe that everyone on YouTube has their respective lane and I just try to stay in mine; and so here is why I don't discuss politics on my channel.

As a liberal who enjoys and practices the 2A, I appreciate not discussing politics. I come for the guns not for the politics and I'm glad I can do that here. The main thing that keeps me from subscribing to other gun channels is their hostility towards the opposite ideology.

"its private when you vote" EXACTLY!!! I tell people all the time. We live in a day and age where people tell ALL their business, ad nauseum, in every aspect of their lives! I love the fact we stick to the topic and that is 2A and firearms!!! A few YT channels I used to really rock with, started getting political and racial and had all the talking points from the side they leaned into so I unfollowed. Comments and videos became shit shows and like many, I am OVER it! Keep up the great work sis!

I can appreciate this sentiment with respect to how you want to run this platform. While I personally disagree that politics is private, I understand that people are uncomfortable sharing their views for fear of being judged, harrassed, etc. That said, there definitely need to be more channels where people just nerd out about guns and have fun without all the other stuff weighing it down. You're one of the few channels that give me that feeling. I plan on starting my own channel soon because I would also like to see more BLACK content creators. If you have any suggestions please point me in their direction.

There are plenty of YT gun channels that discuss politics. No need to add to that list. Also, seeing that you shoot Ar15s and semiauto pistols, that should tell me all I need to know about your 2A stance.

Good for you. Please stay on your path and mindset. Some people just want to see straight gun reviews and gun stuff. I have purposely un-subscribed from a lot of channels over the last year because they were just going overboard with the political stuff, and it sort of made the whole experience of looking at firearm videos unenjoyable... I literally only look at maybe five to six gun channels now from double figure numbers. I have always enjoyed your channel because of the different perspective that you offer. I hope that you continue to bring that forth. Be blessed.

Completely agree with your stance. I wish actors, athletes, etc had the same view. I don't go to a tire shop to have my muffler fixed... and I don't go to ESPN to get my politics.
