Shout-out to the team for letting me check out this amazing new township within USJ. For viewing arrangements, kindly reach out to them directly via:

Sandwiched between ELITE highway and LDP highway, 2fifth Avenue is this brand new township located adjacent to USJ. They definitely has the advantage of leveraging on the maturity of Subang Jaya, Putra Heights and Puchong.
At first glance, the site would definitely face lots of congestion and noise due to it's site access. But part of the attraction on site would be the landscape buffer that directly formed the rainforest concept for the entire township. The developer also shared about the collaboration with the relevant authority in turning the buffer into experience for all residents. One of the example would be to identify species of plants that produces the most oxygen, then plant them within Alora Residences.
After going through marathon of new launches within this address, this product does stand out with their 4 bedroom unit design. We tend to see smaller units within high rise settings, but Alora becomes an alternative to the older landed houses of USJ. Also, I like the decision of moving the swimming pool, co-working space, gym and multipurpose hall up to the roof. The view up there would be amazing. However, I am quite concerned with the retail spaces, especially the drive thru concept. It's definitely gonna be convenient but will it create congestion when business is good.
Side note, I'm just very happy with the commitments made by the developer in improving the existing infrastructures such as the U turn at USJ, the maintenance of landscape, and the erection of connection to the LRT station. Yes those are ultimately beneficial to the project but they don't really have to. I'm looking forward to more great projects under the brand new management!!
