I’m so glad you brought this up! Because working at a breakneck pace leads to burnout for sure, and it isn’t a realistic way to live your life. You posting this is allowing all the other go-getters, like myself, to give ourselves permission to rest & recoup without feeling guilty all the time, so thank you for that!
