Fighting Smash Characters Ness and Lucas

The funny thing is that in canon, Lucas is way stronger than what subspace emissary shows, also braver. Somehow the smash team thought he was a coward when in truth he's just more sentimental, not necessarily soft.

Yeah smash does Lucas Dirty. He's a kinder, more sensitive boy yes, but he's also one of the most powerful PSI users.

This is just smash’s depiction of Lucas. In canon, Lucas is a brave teenager who won’t back off when someone poses a threat to him. He can be a bit moody at times but that’s a common thing with 14/15 year old boys.

Subspace is a really bad representation of Lucas in mother 3 and I don’t think should really be used in considering how good he would actually be in a fight.

Remember that in Subspace Emissary Lucas has character development throughout his story. He gets braver every time he appears on screen.

It’s like Mother 3. After the timeskip, Lucas becomes more like Ness. A brave yet quiet kid who wants to be stronger

Lucas in Mother 3 is nothing like how the smash franchise shows him.

You have Forgotten the main plot point of Mother 3: by the end of the game Lucas is extremely courageous to the point that he is forcing himself to fight his brainwashed brother whilst crying. Now that is something that doesnt scream scaredy-cat.
