WaterDrop Filter Replacement - one year review

In this video, I replace the cartridge in my WaterDrop WD-10UA under sink water filter, which provides great tasting water from my kitchen faucet. I compare the flow and taste to see if I waited too long to change the filter.

I always go back and forth and research many different water filter systems. We have been using the 3i Filtrete under sink system which needs to be changed ever 6 months.

I didn't get one year out of mine. I only get 7 months before I started noticing it wasn't filtering and the water flow started decreasing drastically.

somebody has tried the UF filter againts bacteria?
my septic and well and in bad shape so the water isnt normally safe to drink. i just bought a UF kit from waterdrop so hopefully it does the job and i dont die.

Just found your channel. This is a cool filter system. I’ll have to get one. I also noticed the push/pull shut-off valve. What brand is it and where can I get one and how much? 😊

what if your sink uses a quick connect PE tube? is it possible to use the waterdrop system with this type of faucet? does the PE tube connect directly to the filter? thanks!

Do you wash all your dishes with the filtered water or do you use a dishwasher? Considering that a filter is filtering all the water coming through the tap, I wonder how fast these filters last.

Any ideas on my problem here? I installed one of these and it worked great for a few months but then all of a sudden when I turn it on it makes a loud "duh duh duh" noise and the water shuts off. I have to use the regular faucet (i have a kitchen faucet that has a drinking water tap together, only the drinking water one is filtered) and jerk the water handle off to full flow real fast to get the water filter tap to flow again. How do I fix this?
