As a person who lived in the USSR back in 80's I can tell that Biden now reminds me Brezhnev in his late years very much. None of us would turn TV on to listen to what he had to say in those days, but we all nevertheless listened carefully to catch some new "slips of tounge" that were coming from him then increasingly often.
