I would argue not *everyone* needs eye cream and their regular moisturizer works.
I have psoriasis, which flares up on my eye lids if i use even the same moisturizer i use on the rest of my face. I started using Ducray sensitive and reactive eyelid cream and have not had a single flare up since. Yes its expensive compared to my regular moisturizer but its worth it to not be in constant pain and actually be able to open my eyes in the morning 😅

Yes the disposable face towels aren't the best for the environment, but they're better if you have sensitive acne prone skin. The kind I use are biodegradable, come in a biodegradable box, and prevent the reactions I have with using towels. In my opinion, as long as that's the only thing that's wasteful in your personal care routine I think that's a win.

he probably does need the eye cream, as a black person with hyperpigmentation and deep set eyes it really helps to make you not look so tired all the time 😢

I also use single use paper towels to pat my face dry after cleansing. Idk why, but every time I use anything other than paper towels, my face will always break out later. So I think that's the only single use item I will always consistently use.

I see his skin and I believe him. A simple and to the point routine works. Over doing it is more harmful to your skin and overconsumption is harmful for the environment.

10/10 for me, a simple yet effective and derm approved skincare routine. I love a man who takes care of himself/practices good hygiene 🤍

I love a man with a skin care routine. He doesn’t look at me like I’m crazy when I’m doing mine

I use disposable towels too because i have acne prone skin. The most pollution and damage is made by big corps and factories, what a normal individual does to help is like a needle in a haystack. I limit myself from creating orher sources of pollution so i guess i can allow myself to have clear skin by not using a regular towel. (Also, air drying my face makes me get itchy dry skin afterwards, so nope.)

“We do not need disposable face towels” no matter how clean or washed the reusable face towels were I still broke out. I’m sticking to disposable

I actually think the facial towels he’s using are a Biobased product. It also says they’re compostable. So a ton better then other disposable towels on the market. I would definitely recommend those if you’re Eczema prone!

Do you mean that particular eye cream is not needed or eye cream in general?

I use fiji water in a spray bottle and paper toweling to dry. If you want an easy way to add retinol into your regimen try Agency. Its super helpful and has done wonders for my skin.

I can't use normal face moisturizer on my eyes, it'll cause irritation, so I buy eye cream. On the bright side, I don't have to buy super expensive eye cream, but eye cream in general isn't the cheapest so :/

Ngl those disposable face towels help me quite a bit. My skin is really sensitive plus can wipe down my bathroom and chuck it

This is basically my morning face skin routine too. Instead of moisturizer I use daycream with spf in it. And just a normal face towel
