In Q8 shouldn't the direction of the current be from Y to X? FLHR uses conventional current which is always what questions mean by 'current'. True current is never used, is it not?

sir, for question 15b...i had used Ek=1/2mv^2 and then used F=mv^2/r and then F=Bqv. I do end up with the same answer as 1.2...do I get the full marks? And also, why did you round it to 1 dp? It had not stated in the question. The final answer in your method and mine is 1.22T
