marang salamat po sa video na eto. naka tulong po sa akin eto. meron kasi kaming kapitbahay (compound po kami) na nag impose ng mga rules pero wala po legitimate/registered na association. ngayon po sa compound po namin na eto may driveway at yung isang mayari ng portion ng driveway eh nilalabag niya ang right of way namin at nakalagay din sa title ng driveway may exciting right of way and Alley siya. pinipilit niya na ang likod namin na street ang right of way namin. eh hindi makakadaan mga sasakyan doon. and her reason is "wala sa batas na padaanin ang sasakyan sa right of way"
anyway bigla sila nag labas ng memo na pinag babawalan niya padaanin mga employee namin at none residence like visitor sa said driveway. hellbent siya na ipatupad eto. at ni threaten pa niya na if hindi daw kami susunod eh kaming mga home owner na hindi suusnod eh hindi niya papadaanin daw.
