This stubbing toe is an actual thing on Minecraft servers. There is a command named /suicide (kinda the same with /kill), when you use it, it just kills you. And in some servers, the death message in chat is "{user} stubbed their toes..."

When I stub my toe, I feel like the best representation of the pain I feel is that Windows startup sound that I can never remember which version it came from. I also get PTSD from the time I stubbed one of my toes on my other foot so hard that I actually managed to wound myself. My foot was completely fine, albeit it probably hurt a bit when that happened.
