I love the parrot's highly depicted combo with the "Pirate" human subclass.

Side note: parrots having vibrant colours also gives them a significant charisma boost towards humans

Parrots also have another great intimidation ability:
Being able to yell curse words

Surprised the kea wasn’t mentioned. It has all of the abilities of the typical parrot but has actually unlocked the carnivore and predator skill tree and invested points into it. They’ve even been known to attack shearwater chicks and even sheep.

Unfortunately, human players did not take kindly to this though!

In my city we have a zoo for birds, one time the parrots cage broke and now the whole country is filled with parrots. They are almost as common as pigeons

I felt you should have also mentioned that parrots ability to climb saves them so much energy as well. Flights takes a lot of energy to use, so they love to climb when they can to save on it.
