That's a good video for people of our generation. What's good is that she had worked for EDB and in the private sector for a few years gaining sufficient working experience. This beneficial is that she know what is want to achieve and bring the next generation business forward.

Well, they are plugging together a arduino and some level switches for coolant control. I can see nothing new here nor anything that anyone with a mediocre understanding of engineering can't do by himself. Besides, HAAS and any other automation company has been doing this for years. The only thing that would somehow advance this systems is an automatic way of regulating the water hardness and mineral contents that are different in any location and can severely worsen the coolant sustainability if not adjusted. The other way is using distilled water in the first place, which is pretty expensive or energy intensive, even if done via osmosis.
