As you know we are going to discuss Ukraine again. I am going to inform my colleagues of my recent visit to Odessa on the 3rd of April and also the efforts of Greece to transfer humanitarian aid not only to Odessa, as we have done already, but also to Mariupol, which we are finding extremely difficult due to the problems created by Russia in allowing us to transfer this humanitarian aid. But also we are going to discuss the Western Balkans and Libya and I am going to ask my colleagues to hurry on this because unless the EU acts now we are running the danger of these becoming theatres of the main crisis we are facing in Ukraine. As a final remark I would like to say that this is a crisis referring to our core values, democracy, territorial integrity, human rights, rule of law, and we have to take a clear position on all fronts.
