here is a tip for you Shelia - when you finish stitching for the day, leave a length of floss hanging off (whether that is starting a new thread and doing a stitch OR leaving the tail untrimmed) when you go back to the project you'll know at a glance if you are using two or one length of floss. I do it and it really helps.

Shelia one thing I do is in the upper or lower corner where no one will ever see it I write 1/1; or 2/1 etc so I can always look there to see what I’m stitching.mi use a fine point laundry marker so it won’t fade or go away or wash out. I used to put a 3 by 5 card with basic information in each project, but sometimes those got lost. I also started taking a 3 by 5 index cad, cutting it into 3 by 2.5 punching a hole in it and I write what project, put it on my floss ring so if threads get separated from project I can easily get them back together.

EJ - Your "Justification Finish" of Seasonal Motif II is hilarious. And insane. You have so much fabric, it isn't as if you will crush the beads. And waiting to do all that backstitch . . . truly a boulder to finishing. I'd give you an Almost Finish if you'd do the back stitch at be waiting to do the beads. And if you decide not to bead or backstitch and figure they are fine to frame now, each one is a finish because each piece is yours and your rules. Now, I think that if you have a big project that has many parts/charts (like chapters in a book), each chapter, each chart is a finish, and when the stitching is complete on all you will have a Grand Finale Finish. Anything to help the process along! Love the previous stitch insert! Have a great week!

I have a 12 pro, my big problem was no one wanted to let me pay for it in full, every carrier wanted to do the monthly thing. So finally I found Best Buy that had one, and went there to buy the 12. I think maybe next year I’ll see about upgrading. But really I just use it for talking and texting so no biggie. My ancient iPad is another story. It’s really getting to the point I need to decide about upgrading. And I just have to say, I found my iPod classic yesterday (ordered headphones), charged it up and we shall see if it still works after all these years. Since I’m going to start walking, I’ll have music to help me move along.
