Very helpful. Most of the documentation you see on-line for Sync 4a is for a previous software version. When I first bought by 2024 I was confused because everything I was finding did not match the screens I was seeing in the car. Thanks for this.

Hello Steve. So if we assume that we import this from USA to other country, will we be able to listen to the radio of our country, will the radio stations, the presets and icons on am, fm and siriusXM change according to that available in the country?

Just bought a 24 Edge Titanium. Not impressed with the GPS on this screen. Is there a way to get more detail, more colour? Also, it shows a small icon if the spped limit, but not your actual speed or when you are over the posted limit. My 2012 Journey Garmin GPS seemed to have more features

How can I keep the radio on for long periods of time when the car is off,

I have two Apple phones to connect. Can one be set for car play and the other just rings for call?

I would like my business and personal phones connected but just pick the main one. For example evenings and weekends I don’t use the business one but can the personal one be saved?

In my 2014 edge you could have multiple phones on a list depending who was driving and choose one phone as a favourite for the default connection. Is that still a possibility. Every time I try to add a second phone it wants to shut off car play.

FYI it’s a 2024 ford edge titanium 301a package if that matters

Hey steve! I have the same ford edge, but for android auto it is not fullscreen like yours. Ive been making sure the edge is up to date and my phone is up to-date but nothing. Could you let me know what firmware your edge has?

Hi Steve. Have you updated your 4a to version 4.2.2 ? I have a ST-Line and applied it. The description on my dash says there should be a personal profile setting in the menu and on the top right of the screen. Been working with Sync support and a dealer and they can’t agree if it should or shouldn’t. All I find online says it should.

I have a new Edge ST that doesn’t have the navigation icon. I can go I to it through my Appleplay only.
