I REALLY like how Mars looks like it just came off the production line, as if he was inspired by your earlier fight and started building this thing recently.

It doesnt quite fit the asthetic of the previous mechs, but thats because it isn't "finished" and its using a different power source.

Even its name, "Mars", works in this way. While all the previous mech names were greek gods, Mars was the roman name for Ares, indecating that this (probably) is the next generation version of Ares.

I love the hilarious detail that when Mars does the red mega laser of death at the end, Dreadon is hiding behind the player and Solyn. As if he is sneaking in to truly study the details of what’s going on. Him perfectly syncing with the laser’s movement, whilst you are fighting for your life.

When first fighting this boss, I was flabbergasted with the unique chainsaw parry attacks, kinda reminds me of Re4. Absolute peak!!

Mars is a perfect name for XG-07, as a rome counterpart of Ares, which is greek god of war, this mars is reconstructed Ares, whole purpose is to test us, and our new friend, i am very fond of the fact that Wraith of the Gods is getting that big of a rework, and even some kind of a plot

I was sorta underwhelmed when I saw this boss at first but now that I know it was actually an unfinished machine i'm not as underwhelmed. I wish I could see what the finished machine was like though it would probably be pretty cool. Also if he made another trio that would be sick. I died so many times when I first fought the exo-mechs and it was fun because of the variety.
