I'm loving the idea of locking the knife in the "On" position. My Hamilton Beach knife is  fatiguing as heck to hold the "On" button after slicing just half a turkey breast. When it warms it gets even worse. I  ordered this Cuisinart knife this morning after watching this video. Thanks for the review.
