Vou deixar um comentário aqui em português por pura preguiça, mas quem quiser entender hit the damn google translator! Seguinte, não consigo entender o porque de tanto criticarem a semelhança do Bad Salad com o Dream Theater. É verdade que o estilo adotado pela banda é o mesmo, mas há milhares de casos como esse no mundo do rock, e ninguém reclama tanto assim. O que eu vejo, e isso é minha opinião, é que estão todos impressionados com o fato de que uma banda capaz de se equivaler ao próprio Dream Theater surgiu, mas não conseguem expressar tamanha felicidade em palavras. Não acho que o som deles seja semelhante por plágio ou qualquer coisa estúpida assim, pois se for analisar música de forma racional, o próprio Dream Theater tem dezenas de músicas que se assemelham à grandes bandas dos anos 80 e 90 (Tais como "Pink Floyd", "Metallica" e "Rush"). Pra mim esse novo EP foi um grande avanço na musicalidade deles e tenho certeza ABSOLUTA que o próximo álbum do Bad Salad vai ser reconhecido por todos. O que temos aqui é uma banda capaz de superar gerações. E pela primeira vez em muito tempo, uma banda me fez sentir orgulho de ser brasileiro. Mantenha a salada temperada, folks! PS: Essa música é MUITO FODA. Meus parabéns. Fuis. \o/

Everything about this band is top notch - they're down to earth, they're great musicians, they have great chemistry, the composition is fucking flawless and very enjoyable, even the music video is fucking great.
WHY the FUCK is the music industry NOT PROMOTING such talent, yet instead they choose those shit crap commercial tunes?

To the people who say they sound like Dream Theater, it's a major influence, so of course it'll shine through. Just how does that influence shine with Bad Salad? Song structure between the bands is extremely minimal, but they do share a few choice note structures. Affinity towards certain scales is nothing new. Each listener picks up on certain types of deliveries and we refer to that as 'personal taste'. This same thing applies to artists as well. They're just drawing from a sum-total of information that's available to them. As a medium; sound is universal and we know its function and limits, especially when is comes to the creation of music. It's only natural that some grounds get retread. There is no such thing as a 'better artist' or a 'better creation', it's all just variations of a theme. It's a wonderful thing when you can realize just what the capacity of creativity is. Your mind begins to open itself to the beauty in all things.
