I remember that video, if the centipede did bite the puffer it probably would have bean pretty bad for the fish. Feeding a blue crayfish isn't any different than a red crayfish, other that it might cost a bit more.

I wouldn’t worry about the scorpion being super venomous, as it has thick pincers and a slim tail, meaning that it’s the type of scorpion where it hunts with its pincers instead of its stinger. It basically means it doesn’t need to store a lot of venom in its tail.
