I guess they have found a loophole in the regulation like Red Bull and probably some other teams. Anyway as long as FIA is unable to test it or modify the regulation it'll stay like that.

The Asymmetric Break System is not cheap to make, a complex system that has to be adapted to the engine, now we see that Red Bull has lost its advantage, but it is not penalized, because the FIA did it through a document by writing paragraphs in purple, if there is justice, the FIA should to ban Red Bull, but everyone knows that there is corruption and probably big money is involved, that means Max does not have a single legitimate victory from the 2021 season until now, nor the championship, due to the Budget Cost Cap, Human Error, Asymmetric Break System, which in the end means a totally illegal car, probably that is why Adrian want to left Red Bull because maybe he knows something that we we don't know, and it would probably be investigations last few seasons 2021-2024, because his departure reminds me of when he left Williams after the accident of Sena, Sena was killed due to illegal modification of the steering wheel, with front wheels

Was it confirmed that Red Bull’s brakes were illegal?

Its not cheating, they pass the FIA legality/flexibility test. There's not much to say about it if its within the rules. Every team take the rules to it's limits, and bend it. Thats good for the sport so the rules can be rephrased and or modified, which can lead to a more clear and fair communication as well as understanding of what is and what's not allowed. In this case, it doesn't mind how it looks, the car passes the test and there's not much that can be done. If new rules need to be created in a future I'm pretty sure all will be implemented to comply.
Keep up the good work mate, I like your videos.

Zak Brown was very vocal about red bull's short comings. I'm surprised he's gone cold all of a sudden. He has had nothing to say recently. Maybe he has decided to go the route of if you can't beat them join them. Especially if you get to keep your points after you've been found guilty of any infractions.

I would assume the FIA will probably have a new test ready for Austin as there is a 4 week break after Singapore

It’s legal for now but I’m sure by Austin the rules would be made in such a way that the wing won’t be able to pass the test

If this is not illegal and other teams are allowed to copy. (Which I'm sure they will) then if my calculations are correct, that should make ferrari the fastest car on the grid. After all, it is the ferrari that are closer in racing the mclaren's than any other team.
Which is good news for next year!

Passing the fia flexibility test doesn't mean a team isnt cheating teams have found ways to pass the fia test based on the testing condition the fia and f1 apply but during the race the front wing and or the rear wing is moving in a way to provide additional aero advantage

Well it was strange that Charles couldn't get bye Oscar even with the weeven on 1 of the longest straights of the year

This is how I want the championship to finish:- Charles 2024🏆, Lando 2nd, Max 3rd, McLaren 2024🏆, 🟥🐂 2nd, Ferrari 3rd, but if McLaren is cheating I think it should end with Charles 2024 🏆 and Ferrari 2024🏆 🇱🇨🇲🇸🇬🇧

So in other words. Only 3 cars are legitimate. Out of the top 4 teams
Both Ferrari
And one Merkshady's
We know Sir Lewis has a handicapped car. So it's also not legitimate

It needs to be fixed remember, Brasil 2021, hamilton was disqualified from pole and sent to the back of the grid for. .02 mm gap in one end of his rear wing.

That McLaren DRS needs scrutiny by F1.

I remember you asking why is no one talking about McLarens sudden springboard up the grid i think back in may/june

I knew they were going to wait until McLaren catches up with the constructors championships n then come after them to make the pendulum swing again for more interest in F1 show.

They run the same engine as Merc, right? So the gain in pace cannot be anything other than a better aero. RB brought this investigation. Who knows better how to bend the rules than they do. Stinky fish at the top of the league. Good piece Bro 🤜

Don't know about the Perez not having the asymmetric system as it was the photo's from his car after the Monaco crash with Magnussen that got the paddock talking about it in the 1st place. The FIA will change the test to make sure Mclaren have to change the wing, in 2021 Red Bull passed the wing deflection test so the FIA created a new test that was stricter so they would have to change there rear wing, i dont think these things are cheating its innovation any team could have thought of this its not like what happened with Merc in 2014 where they had a hybrid engine 4-5 years before others, this is development in the same time period.

I don’t think this is comparable to Red Bull’s brake bias. I think it’s more comparable to Mercs DAS system. Where as it’s nothing in the rule book that points to this specific trick in the rule books, but may be looked at as cheating. There nothing in the rule books that made DAS illegal, but FIA banned it the following year. I believe this is what will happen with McLaren, they’ll let use till end of the year but it will be banned next season and beyond

Well apparently it is not cheating…at least not from the FiA’s point of view since, like RB, no one is being sanctioned. And it looks like we have a tech specialist on the genius level of Adrian Newey at MCLaren 😂
The playing field is being leveled. Others seem to be catching up with Newey’s engineering acumen 😊
