A new elementary school opened in Gaithersburg just in time for the new school year. Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) leaders gathered for a ribbon-cutting at the Harriet R. Tubman Elementary School located at 400 Victory Farm Drive.
The event took place on August 25, 2022.
