The only false messiah is Jesus.

I want you folks to consider this well and stop being foolish and gullible.

Is Jesus the messiah ?
The only way to find out is if he appropriately fits the qualifications that are undoubtedly referring to the Messiah.
In other words, The Messiah is a concept that emerges from the OT, only the OT can tell is what it’s really all about.

Can Jesus be the Messiah?
We would have to ask:

Did he build the third temple ? (Isaiah 2:2-3, 56:6-7, 60:7, 66:20; Ezekiel 37:26-27, Malachi 3:4, Zachariah 14:20-21)
Inapplicable, as the second temple was still standing in his days !

Did he usher in a peaceful idealistic and utopian world ? (Isaiah 2:4, 11:6, 66:18; Hosea 2:20; Micah 4:3).
Actually, the converse is true, more blood was spilled in his name than anyone in history!

Did he bring them all the jews back from the exile to Israel ? (Isaiah 11:11-12; Jeremiah 30:3, 32:37; Ezekiel 11:17, 36:24).
In Jesus’ day the Jews weren’t yet exiled by the Romans, this only happened after his death. Therefore, it’s totally irrelevant.

Did he reign as king and unite the Jews under the Torah ? (Jeremiah 31:32; Ezekiel 11:19-20, 36:26-27; 37:24)
Didn’t rule over Israel, and with advent of Christianity came the uprooting of the Torah and its laws, through the “New Covenant”.

Has the world been filled with the universal knowledge of God ? (Zachariah 14:9, 16; Habakkuk 2:14)
Obviously not…

Now, let’s grant the Christilogical possibility that the Messiah can come from among the dead, even so, this wouldn’t make him anymore of a prospect among the dead, for in the same way that none of these deceased “candidates” fulfilled any of the actual Messianic prophecies, so, too, Jesus.

We are left with the NT imposing and applying eisegesis to the the text in order to forcibly and aggressively insert where he simply doesn’t belong.
