My brother suffered with mental illness and drug addiction, and he sadly passed away in the late 90s. I was devastated, but I had to continue to live my life. I know losing a husband is entirely different, but his passing left a huge hole in my heart.
Please allow yourself to grieve, but also continue your journey of helping others when you are ready. You will get through this. I will keep you in my prayers.

I had a car accident 15 days after I turned 17. My car was flipped upside down my head was through the steering wheel and hitting the dash . I was not breathing when the ambulance came and picked me up I was DOA. I spent 1 month in the hospital after the doctors told my mom I would be there for a year and a half or two years . I have had major brain trauma since then, I have a lot of demons that I fight and I pray for you and for everything that your husband has done for you I pray that you see him in everything you do and I know it hurts but you have us to support you
