Really nice video but I have to say: You do not walk 15 minutes to the park. You really have to walk very slow if you need that amount of time :)

We stayed 3 nights in July and I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. Our room had a view of lake area which was beautiful.
However, the room was hot, the AC didn’t work. We asked concierge to assist they wrote it down and never sent anyone to check it.
The common areas are dirty and unkept. The walls are in the hallways need fresh paint.
The bathroom is a dark depressing orange color. Horrible.
This resort does not compare to Florida or California locations in terms of upkeep.
The hotel rooms and lobbies, elevators are so dated and in need of a face left that left me disappointed.
The staff however was very nice. We loved the dinner and breakfast buffet especially the pancake machine.
