Ok so how do you make a perfect vertical line? The line you made is kind of at an angle. Please help.

Hold Shift when drawing the line. That's literally all you had to say (but managed to leave out)

Why does Microsoft word not allow you to draw a vertical line that is completely straight and not at an angle (i.e. parallel to the edge of the page height). You're line isn't even straight in this video
