Horizon is a beast fr but Octane holds a special place in my heart mainly cuz I got my first win with him.

Octane all day, I like the slide speed, helps get up and in their face, which throws off a lot of people. I also really like his health regen.

I honestly prefer octane
When u use his stim if u are good at movement you become much harder to hit because you'll be moving faster than what most ppl are used to

Season 14 where you actually have to race the ring now I think Octane is a no brainer

Knowing octane as my old main for several sessions octane is known for speed and regeneration but his jump pan does not let you reach further compared to horizon meaning you can use the hole area as your playground compared to octane and she can use her gravity lift to trap her enemies plus she's not as loud as octane which means you can catch enemies off guard compared to octane plus her gravity lift is more efficient for a quick escape.

I like octane because passive heal leaves more room for ammo, shields, and grenades. Also speedy boi.

I think Horizon and Octane are amazing legends but what about Valkerye (I think I spelled it wrong)? She can literally redeploy and maybe not at the same height as it used to be, but it is still a very powerful ultimate that I will always take for granted. Also, her passive is great for very quickly and kind of stealthily taking high ground om players. Her tactical I use for checking or removing someone from a piece of cover bc most people freak out when you shoot it out. Please debate why I don't really see a lot of stuff about her movement wise is she just not as good as i think she is?

Octane will always be an A tier movement legend to me but even with horizons nerd to her ultimate she's better. But if you combine them it's op

I'm octane main and I'm playing about 1 to 2 years I think and in this time I picked every legend and played a lot with them but when I come back from them to octane its just feels so smooth. I just can't stop playing him it feels too good.(one of non toxic octanes 😆 lol)

horizon imo just because I like her passive and her tactical is unbelievable useful in some situations. I do love octane though, but I main pathfinder and I don’t think I have any wins on horizon. In fact around 90% of my wins are on pathfinder so I don’t really play anyone else.
