I am not sure what you said for German Shepard... I have a White Swiss Shepherd also known as Berger Blanc Suisse which is very similar to German Shepard in general. I am a first time owner and love my dog. It is chilled inside and does not bite or chew anything even when bored… reason is I give him a lot of puzzle games. I also give him 2 walks of 30-45 minutes with a lot of playtime each day. This makes him the best dog ever. It does have separation anxiety when I leave him but he overcame over it in the past year. I love my 2-year old Whitby ( I also live in Whitby. CA)

Mine made the list. If my mini schnauzer does not get enough exercise and play time, she can be a handful. It’s tough when it’s gets really cold outside. She sure was easy to train and socialize.

I can't believe you didn't have more terriers since you had multiple shepards. I had a Cairn Terrier which tons more busy than my schnauzer. She would get bored, think up something new to fight the boredom before the schnauzer even got bored.

Border Collie has way more energy than almost all of the other dogs on the list. It should be number 2 and jack russel number 1

Have you ever considered the Vizsla? The premiere velcro dog who has more energy than a Jack Russell and barks continously. No wonder they almost went extinct.

My dog is a cockapoo and is And I meen hyper. He will run around the house doing laps, and cant sit still. He is like a kangaroo just jumping and running and not stopping. He also eats and chews on things and chews on everyone's hands for no reason. He is very friendly and cute and funny and even if he is crazy he Is still adorable hahaha😂💜❤💙💚💛🐶🐕 but he is also still in a puppy faze😁
