I respect all cultures. It's fascinating how different peoples explain the World they find around them. I find this story just as credible as the theory of evolution or creationism.

I wonder if this story has anything to do with the ancestry of the aboriginal people of Australia. They descend from one of the first groups of homo sapiens to leave Africa and then interbred with Denisovan and Neanderthal sapiens populations, which shows in their genetic makeup. Their African brothers and sisters are strictly homo sapiens bloodline with no admixture. I'm convinced that neanderthals and denisovans were also awesome people.
