The Everdure Neo Curva, or NCURLPC-07, is one of our simple and reliable four burner barbeques, with a stylish black finish.

The roasting hood includes a built-in thermometer, so you can effectively use your barbeque as an oven in a pinch. Just keep a close eye on it during cooking with the hood down to make sure it doesn’t overheat.

The barbeque cooking surfaces include a solid hotplate, as well as a grille. Located just above these is a warming rack, where you can keep cooked food until the rest of the meal is ready.

There are handy shelves on either side of the cooking surface, perfect for keeping your barbeque tools and meat trays handy. The shelf on the left-hand side includes a side burner, just like you’d find on a gas cooktop. This can be handy for prepping some wok-style dishes on the side, and if you have guests who are allergic to certain ingredients, you can cook these separately to the other food.

The four burners are managed with simple dial controls. To light them up, simply push in the third dial from the left to generate a spark and ignite its flame. From there, you can light the neighbouring burners by turning their dials to the intensity you want.

If you need to light your barbeque manually, there’s a match holder dangling from the chain on the right hand side. Just place the match in the rod, light it, and you can light the gas from a safe distance.

Any fat that drips off your meat during cooking will be collected in the try beneath the burners. You can easily slide this tray out for cleaning using the handle at the rear of the appliance.

The trolley underneath the cooking area can be used as storage space for your barbeque tools and serving utensils. It’s also designed to neatly hold your gas bottle, keeping it out of the way.
