Mexicano taco’s are bomb!! I have never been to Mexico but I have a friend Mamacita who is from Mexico. Loved her food! I couldn’t get enough of it.

I had an opportunity to enjoy some tacos made with beef tongue one time. I was told it was a recipe from El Salvador and it has left me with a desire to try more El Salvadorian food but at this point it’s looking like I’ll have to go there to find anymore because the local place closed for Covid and didn’t come back.
