I don't how companies trusting candidate ex employer rather than employees 😂😂, because my ex company don't want me to leave warn me very agressive way that u can't leave this company, company need you, now if I leave this company they definitely give bad feedback

Some students are saying that there are some changes in providing offer letters to candidates. I've also seen, companies asking for Details like certificates, salary slip, personal documents before giving any offer letter. What I experienced personally was that company provides offer letter for a limited duration asks candidates to accept the offer letter by signing and before joining asks for documents. But now a days HRs demanding documents before offer letter. This is putting candidates in a difficult spot cause candidates can not bargain with other companies 🙄

Not an active job-seeker but an experienced working professional.
- What if the ex-employer fabricates information against the interest of the employee?
In a practical scenario, esp when a valued employee resigns a job due to better opportunities, the previous employer leaves no stones unturned to stop him/her from doing so. So, why in such a case the previous company will give a honest remark esp if there's no accountability? Or is there any accountability?

Someone ask these HR people when are they willing to allow BGV of the company done by prospective employee. Most companies provide false information about a job profile and role and make fake promises or hide relevant information during interview time. Post joining you come to know everything discussed during Interview was false or misleading. Since everything happens over calls or f2f Interviews there is hardly any written record of the conversation. So, my Q’s is when are companies allowing BGV of the company to be conducted by an employee ?

My friend passed out in 2022 with 3 backlogs for first year he could not clear and while background verification the college favored him claiming that there were no backlogs and he cleared the backlogs in 2023 while working in the company without any hassle

I have one doubt. According to your advice. You are trying to say that person should continue same domain. Let's suppose if a person was more inclined towards coding but got testing role due to business requirements in his first company. If a person wants to get a call for development role - most of the time HRs rejects people from non coding profile(How can non technical HR people decide my future - which role I want to pursue).

I think one topic got missed is PF UAN number. Once you give your UAN number all your service records with PF contributions will come into light.

Regarding CAREER GAP, yea some MNCs like TCS, WIPRO, CTS have some rules...like if have career break on 2+ Years..u cannot get the technical role job..So Many ppl will put "FAKE EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE" to fill in the gap.
its a 50/50 chance..Sometimes u can get into it fine..sometimes u may fail the background check..
but its definetely worth trying right?? i u GET JOB..COOL else move on try other companies till u get.

My friend submitted fake leaving certificate 🤣 in infosys and he pass bvg and working without eny issue in infosys more then year .. everything possible you can't assum

BGV checks I feel at times are not even conducted by BIG firms, or financial companies, they are in hurry to hire candidate to fill up the position and get work done.

Almost they do reference check.

Also big firms are interested in getting work done.

Layoffs they are ready to do fast. Without any reasoning or explanation.

Don't worry about the CTC, CTC is non disclosure so no one ask and no one verifies, you can put CTC based on what you are expecting from a new organisation accordingly justt avoid to update basic and relative components like hra, you update your bounce, I have switched 4 company and each I gone through with background verification and never have any problem. So don't take this video seriously, you can ignore this video. Organisation's only purpose of verification is to verify number of years experience from previous organisation prospective.

This is why I NEVER give notice before I leave a job. These companies don;t have any problem with letting you go at the drop of a a hat, why should they get any respect with a notice?

Mam nowadays epfo portal will check for service history. So candidate can't ignore company name and experience in resume.
