It's always senseless. Anyone killed in the line of duty is senseless. Crime will never be eradicated. They were the unfortunate two that answered a call, and were murdered by pieces of garbage that don't contribute anything good to society. May they rest in peace.

Tell the story of the so called Ambush or shut up.
If the sheriffs were called to a scene it was not an ambush. Whenever police authorities do not react in time, and get killed they say they were ambushed.

feel for the family that being said just being a cop does not make you a hero. I do not know if they were good men or bad men my guess is like most some of both. Cobb country does not really have a history of good cops though does it. They swear a oath to the constitution and then follow orders to break their oath and they do many times a day. That is a crime called treason and fraud. To enforce color of law again is a crime and they do it for profit. Do we call these good men? They are criminals. They just happen to wear government colors instead of blood and crypt colors. I am not against police I am against criminals impersonating police.

ENFORCE THE LAW!

You know if we enforced just one simple law, everyone who is holding any government office at this time would go to jail. They have all violated their oath of office at some time. By refusing to stay within the limitations of the constitution they break the contract. They cease to represent the government. They no longer qualify to hold any office. They become impostors impersonating government officials. They have committed treason and fraud and usually a lot of other crimes.

The truth is the United States Government is the worlds #1 arms and drug dealers and they are running close if not #1 in human trafficking and the slave trade. Tied in with the worlds number one counterfeiters, the list goes on and on. It don't matter if your the Bloods or the Crypts or the Government they are all gangs victimizing not only each other but honest folks as well. They are all criminals. According to the law no one is lawfully representing the government because they have ALL violated their oath of office and thus have cease to represent the government nor can they hold any government office. The constitution is a contract and this is just what happens when you breach this contract. This also means when they were creating their acts and rules and regulations and signing stuff none of it was any more lawful than a conman trying to sign someone's house out from under them. It is null and void because they were not who they were representing themselves to be. They were and are impersonating government officials on top of all the other crime they are doing.

I think every government official state local and federal should be investigated. All their voting records examined and everything they have said in public and if they have not upheld, defended, and supported the constitution in every case they should be charged with every crime they have done that comes up in the investigation to the fullest extent of the laws and they should be made examples out of. These are people under contract and in offices of trust. If they can not be trusted then they should not hold or ever be able to hold any office of trust. That is what the law says and it should be enforced.

Any court, government or government officer who acts in violation of, in opposition or contradiction to the Constitution, by his, or her, own actions, commits treason and invokes the self-executing Sections 3 and 4 of the 14th Amendment and vacates his, or her, office.

AM14.3/HO, IR No person shall hold office if he rebels against or violates the U.S. Constitution (treason).

AM14.3/RD Congress shall impeach anyone who rebels against or violates the U.S. Constitution.

Not maybe, not if they feel like it, THEY SHALL!

George Washington when ask if we should put impeachment into the constitution said: impeachment is a substitute for assassination.

The Oath of office is a quid pro quo contract cf [U.S. Const. Art. 6, Clauses 2 and 3, Davis Vs. Lawyers Surety Corporation., 459 S.W. 2nd. 655, 657., Tex. Civ. App.] in which clerks, officials, or officers of the government pledge to perform (Support and uphold the United States and state Constitutions) in return for substance (wages, perks, benefits). Proponents are subjected to the penalties and remedies for Breach of Contract, Conspiracy cf [Title 18 U.S.C., Sections 241, 242]. Treason under the Constitution at Article 3, Section 3., and Intrinsic Fraud cf [Auerbach v Samuels, 10 Utah 2nd. 152, 349 P. 2nd. 1112, 1114. Alleghany Corp v Kirby., D.C.N.Y. 218 F. Supp. 164, 183., and Keeton Packing Co. v State., 437 S.W. 20, 28].

Refusing to live by their oath places them in direct violation of their oath, in every case. Violating their oath is not just cause for immediate dismissal and removal from office, it is a federal crime. Federal law regulating oath of office by government officials is divided into four parts along with an executive order which further defines the law for purposes of enforcement.

5 U.S.C. 3331, provides the text of the actual oath of office members of Congress are required to take before assuming office. 5 U.S.C. 3333 requires members of Congress sign an affidavit that they have taken the oath of office required by 5 U.S.C. 3331 and have not or will not violate that oath of office during their tenure of office as defined by the third part of the law, 5 U.S.C. 7311 which explicitly makes it a federal criminal offense (and a violation of oath of office) for anyone employed in the United States Government (including members of Congress) to “advocate the overthrow of our constitutional form of government”

Article IV, Section 4.

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.

Corpocracy
While by law the U.S. is a republic, the government is actually a Corpocracy - democracy by the corporations. Corporations vote by paying politicians and political parties to put forward their agenda.

U.S. Constitution - Article 2 Section 3
"He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States."

This does not say he can see to if he "feels" like it, it says he SHALL! take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed. This is the presidents constitutional DUTY!!!
