Just got this pillow and slept with it last night. Ouch. The best way I can describe this pillow is when you hold it in your hand it’s so soft and luscious but when you lay on it it compacts and turns into something hard, if you were to fold up a bunch of flat sheets and throw them in a pillowcase and sleep on them that’s how this pillow feels hard to believe by the looks of it. Hoping the coop is better. Its on the way.

@/junesogiveaway i love the looks and the description of this pillow...the best part is that you can adjust the fill and it sleeps cooler. The bad part is its only spot clean? Ewwww, i think i would pull all of the filling out into a garbage bag and throw the cover in the washer and hang dry before putting the filling back in?

This pillow compresses and is not lofty it’s the exact opposite of what you said. This pillow goes flat and feels hard. Nothing like what you’re seeing in the video in the video you’re smashing it around and I can do that too it’s super lofty but when you lay on it for five minutes it compacts down. Again feels like hard flat and I miss my Polly lumpy bumpy mess put it that way

At 1:35 how would the outside cover be washable if fill is directly inside cover as shown here? In fact Kapok pillow’s fill is inside a knit cover which in turn inside outer cover. DISCREPANCY time: Madison states Kapok sits 7” loft and I’ll bet Layla sent an overstuffed pillow for this video. Mine never got over 5 1/2” even after fluffing it 15 min on no heat dryer. Layla states Queen Kapok is 3 to 3 1/2 lbs. Mine arrived 3 lb 0.6oz barely in spec. As side sleeper, have to smush this thing up all night to get support. Got a Tempur Cloud pro hi pillow coming and I think this Kapok will be returned.
