does this work te same way if u want to set each obsbot tail air to display and record in portrait, or vertical mode ?

2 Questions. So I have 3 obs cameras that go to my computer to stream but since our wifi is too slow we tether the computer to a phone to use the data. Is there a way to use the 3 cameras even though they are connected to the wifi or would all 3 (computer, tablet, and cameras) have to be on wifi? Also does it have to be a wifi router? Can I use a network router?
