Love the videos!! Lot's of knowledge that I can use later AND send to my mom so she can use it now! Glad there are channels like yours sharing this way of life and the hard work that goes into making dreams come true!

I came across your videos again and I'm so glad I did! I need to redo my entire garden this year after I finish the bathroom reno. Thanks for sharing your life with us! I have a good deal to learn! May God bless y'all!

Omgosh yes!! My garden must be aesthetically in shape as much as my soil! My husband laughs at me, but I just can’t tend to it if it doesn’t LOOK they way I need it to look 🥰

I agree. My garden grew over several years and pieces no longer work well and it's time for an overhaul. We are removing the fence and adding a high tunnel. I have Bermuda grass and having my strawberries at ground level means the Bermuda grass will kill them out in less than one year. So many changes but so much learned! God bless y'all and keep growing.

We’ve only been on our new acreage for 4 months now. This beautiful video is such an encouragement for our homestead as we are trying to figure out our next steps. Lol.. This coming week I will begin planting our vegetable seeds and hope to have many new plants to be planted into yet raised garden beds. I will check out the metal beds you all had built. Thanks for sharing your hard Work!! Wayne

Toddler on pixie sticks! 😂😂😂😂😂 We resemble the cardboard graveyard! At least my husband does. 🤫 BTW I’m not exactly sure of the proper name of what you think is in the carrot family but it sure looks like the ragweed we had up North and it looks more like an artemisia but it’s not. But I haven’t found anyone in Tejas to tell me exactly what it is…I just know I hate it.

Your fig might die back but it should grow back if the roots are well established. Keep it watered during your hottest months and you should get an abundance of figs.

Hi, Thanks for sharing Sub’d 👍. Why do you put wire at bottom of your garden beds? 🙏🏼
