great video ! one thing I´ve slept on when I started was : take breaks when mixing with headphones... if you don´t have the perfect room acoustics and you´re mixing with headphones you should definitely do this as the ear gets used to certain frequencies when listening for a long time and this makes your mixing decisions a lot worse. I would suggest mixing half an hour and doing a half an hour break.. that´s how I do it.

Technically you want you're monitors to point to the back of your head not you're face. Draw a Triangle and then a circle in the bottom of the triangle thats where you want your head to be. If you can't see the side baffles on your monitors you know you got them angled correctly (As this video perfectly demonstrates).
