Perhaps they could start off by discussing why they became a Labour Party which along with their splits and stupidity lost them the majority of their traditional voters, many of whom switched to Reform which in itself cost them 100 + seats. Then they could decide whether to change back into a Conservative Party or whether they want to stay as they are and whither on the vine.
