I personally think that XRV’s strongest area is high speed smooth gravel/light sand sections or trips. Long wheel base, smooth engine with easy to control power and just the overall combination of geometry and higher weight makes it a bike that is super stable - it loves to go straight! With modern suspension and some light tuning, I bet it could kick some ass!
