War by Richard Dennys (1884-1916) - A poem from World War One (The Great War).

Richard Dennys was born in 1884 in Bengal, India. Although he studied medicine, he served with the Loyal North Lancashire Regiment at the Western Front. He was mortally wounded, aged 31, during the Somme Offensive in 1916.
