Khabarovsk Krai is the largest region in the southeast of Russia with a consistently low standard of living and a high level of drug crime.
The opinion of Khabarovsk residents about their city:
- high prices for real estate, food and for any goods
- a large number of scammers and low legal literacy of the population
- outdated education.
Why do people leave Khabarovsk?

I lived in Khabarovsk a month ago ... These pictures are 100% NOT accurate. Not sure which part of the city you went to, but its definitely not what I saw

I visited Chabarovsk in the early 1980s. It was a quite well organized town. Ten years of Jeltsin and twenty with Putin, and the oligarchs have stolen everything.

The real question is, where does national income go? It certainly is not being reinvested in the national economy and life.

I remember this city because of the Khabarovski w4r trial at the end of the ww2, where they judged the Japanese soldiers there, lol.
