Wow, I've always struggled with m1 lishi (I like the am5), it just feels so much more squishy for master locks but your bouncing technique was the breakthrough i needed and just did 2 diff locks in a row! Thanks! And I also didn't think about raking first and then using decoder lol, face palm.

This tool works great but to save the tool I prefer to pick them by hand then decide, and cut keys, so the lock can be resold. I'm up to 51, in various versions, 1, 3, 5, 6, 77, and a 4, all free or buck or less without keys, sold almost half so far.

Yesterday I picked and decode 3 Number 5 master, 2 of them yellow color and one blue color, but idk why I can't pick the number 3, it's so difficult for me using the lishi tool, there's a trick or something to pick it?

OH, so you read key pinning AFTER the lock is picked and turned, when the key pins are at shear point? Just noticed that. That makes sense now. No one emphasizes that on video. Probably obvious when your hands are doing it. OK. I got it now. Thanks.

Just wondering this point... Would it be possible to rake lock open, and then insert Lishi to read bitting?

I'm curious cause my buddy works at metal recycle place and he gave me quite a few locks that came in, no keys. I can pick most of them open, but I'd still like to have a key.

Brand new subscriber as of yesterday. Just prior to that I ordered M1 Lishi and AM Lishi. Now I know why the AM Lishi was $55 and all others $100!

I had 4 spool pins and one regular pin on a Schlage deadbolt. Lot more rotation and ended up bending the keyway part of the Lishi. Too aggressive on the tension on my part. Any fix for bent part?

The tool works great to pick Master Locks but when I gave the cut numbers to a locksmith he cut 2 keys with the numbers I gave him and neither key worked. I read the numbers correctly. What good is the tool if the cut numbers aren't correct?.

I got this model in today, first lishi to arrive. Not experienced but the pick arm seems flimsy, I'm afraid it's going to bend because how much it flexes.... Should I worry?

I am curious how you looked up blind code. I have an M1 reading 3777 but this is not the bitting looking at key

I’m either to much tension or not enough very very difficult to find that medium it is apparently extremely small area.. when I hear more tension my mind goes lug nut tight tension

What decoder would I need for a master lock made by milwaukee wis lock No. 7 I know it's the same as a No. 3 but is smaller does that matter for the decoder?

Tried min in 3 locks. It only fit in one and wouldn't work. It wouldn't push the pins. My Kw picks worked great. Haven't tried the sc1 yet or the Am5.
