I've been using Eucerin Advanced Repair Cream (in the tub) and it also has urea (I believe 10%) and lactic acid. My experience is the exact same as Dr. Idriss. I only use as night as I find it too much for the day, but DAMN it's so good.

I put oil on my body in the shower and Massage myself with this Massage thing.
Than I carefully pat me dry. And maybe a layer of Urea Bodylotion after a while.
My skin is flawless and ultra soft and I am pretty sure I do a lot to prevent Cellulite.
